Caterpillars are pretty fun. Especially if you’ve never seen one before.

And, it seems like the Promise House deck has become the caterpillar hang-out of Little Rock. Which, is fine by the Sophie and I. We’ve been having a blast chasing the little hairy boogers around.

Again! But, even better! I just had a snowball fight with a gaggle of pregnant teens!

Here is a list of things that I believed at one time or another about God and myself. Some are of more consequence than others.

- God isn’t cool with having fun.

- God expects me to get dressed up for church.

- Knowledge of the Bible equals a relationship with God.

- I should say ‘bless you’ after someone sneezes because ‘That’s what Jesus would do.’

- I can be good enough.

- If I don’t capitalize the word ‘God’ I will be smote.

- If I don’t read the Bible and pray everyday, God gets mad.

- I have to earn God’s acceptance and love.

Sophia apparently has some sort of virus. I spent 2 and half hours at the doctor’s office with her today. She got chest x-rays and blood drawn. Fun times.

Amanda is sick too. That leaves one man standing in the Bush family. One lone warrior to hold down the fort.

This can be a very emotional time for our girls. They’ve been saying they want to leave the Promise House for months. And, then, when the time comes they realize that they are going to miss it. They find out that they are sad to leave.

Amanda and Sophia went to the Wonder Place with a group of moms and kids last week. This place is awesome! After seeing the pictures, I wanted to go there and play! Here’s the website.
