Music I’ve Made

| June 30th, 2009

A while back I posted to Muxtape some music I made. Since Muxtape is no longer available to the general public, I thought I’d put my homegrown tunes in my box. Here’s a playlist for your listening pleasure.

Zapatero // Zapatero means cobbler in Spanish.

Way Farin’ Stranger // This mandolin driven ballad was a collaboration between Ethan Ray Bush (mi hermano) and myself. He plucked the mandolino. I struck the quijada.

The Dips // One take. Harmonica and accoustical guitarra.

Don’t Go Home // Brad “Hound Dog” Johnson and myself threw this track down in one take. We were just a stone’s throw from the birthplace of blues, Memphis.

Range // Wait. Did I play this?

Mexican Funeral // The name is self-explanatory. Orale!

I Could Run Away // This song was originally written by Waterdeep. Adam Copeland and myself recorded this version in Mount Pleasant, TX. On a farm.

E Jig (Minor) // Ethan Ray Bush. Nuff said.

Dust Bowl C (Huancane Remix) // This song was an inter-continental collaboration between myself and Rick “El Cubano” Martinez. Rick lived in Huancane, Peru at the time of recording. I was in Little Rock, AR.

Car Port // Fergalicious.

Beat Base // Word.

Feel free to download them. Pretend you wrote them. Package them. Sell them. Get rich off of them. Just cut me in.
