Room of the Day: Photo Wall
| August 12th, 2008Ok, so this isn’t really a room either. But, I thought it deserved some special attention.
I got the idea for a photo wall from lifehacker. I took the basic concept and tweaked it just a tad. The most notable difference is that I used clothespins (a fraction of the cost of bulldog clips) and I didn’t use cardstock, I simply hung the photos themselves.
All of these photos where taken by me. Most of them with my Nikon D40. Those that were post-processed were done in picnik.com. I ordered the prints straight off of flickr. I manually added the white border in picnik. All finishes are matte.
The whole project took me about an hour to put up. All supplies (not including prints) were about 6 dollars total. Email me if you have any questions about it.
I love this idea! I might have to use this somehow in my classroom.
